Who is responsible for your data
TEKANEX is operated by Venxer Solutions LLC, which is the controller of your personal data. Contact: help@tekanex.com.
What we collect
- Your email address and, if you choose to give it, your name.
- What you tell us about your problem, including any screenshots or files you send.
- Information visible during a remote session, and only what's needed to fix your issue.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may log your IP address and browser details for security.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To answer your message and provide the service you ask for (performing a contract, or steps you ask us to take before one).
- To take payment and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
- To keep the website and service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
We don't use your data for marketing and we never sell it.
Who we share it with
Only providers that help us run TEKANEX: our email and website hosting providers, the remote-support software used for your session, Stripe for payments, and Google Fonts, which delivers this website's fonts (your browser connects to Google's servers to load them, which shares your IP address with Google).
International transfers
Some of these providers, and Venxer Solutions LLC itself, may process data outside the European Economic Area. When that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and session notes only as long as we need them to help you and handle any follow-up, and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or send you a copy of your data, or to restrict or stop how we use it, by emailing help@tekanex.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie.

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
